CONTENTS: | Lecturers: Dr. O. Maridet, PD Dr. D. Becker, Dr. D. Vasilyan, Dr. J. Anquetin The course will introduce students to wide range of quantitative approaches, methods, and proxies used in paleobiology. The following topics will be discussed among others: shape analysis, age of individuals, population composition, palaeocommunities, time, diversity, palaeoenvironment, and palaeoclimate and its physical parameters. |
